Happy Monday! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend.
This past week was a full one — it was my birthday on Monday so Levin and surprised me with a trip up to Banff. It was so beautiful in the snow and we loved the little jaunt out of town.
I’ve also been steadily working on this new site and was so excited to launch it this past weekend. The goal was to create a space with more content, resources, and background on my work, and now I’m looking forward to creating more resources going forward. I had a blog for years and I’ve missed having that space to create different types of work. So keep an eye on this space!
Levin decorated the house after I went to sleep so waking up on my birthday was extra special. And as you can see, we are still on the hunt for the perfect coffee table for in here. I’m trying my best to enjoy the blank spaces while we find what we really love.
This was the restaurant we ate at in Banff for my birthday dinner, called Castello Italiana. Levin really hit it out of the park with this choice. The interior was so charming and the food was delicious Italian (my favourite). We were the last ones there so we got to enjoy the empty space after everyone cleared out. If you go, we had the Caprese and Calamari to start, and the Rigatoni and Gnudi for dinner, and I’d highly recommend them all.
